VSRS300 Vacuum Solvent Recovery System is designed for efficient recovery and purification of laboratory solvents under reduced pressure conditions. The system integrates a diaphragm vacuum pump, vacuum control system and exhaust adsorption unit into a compact modular platform suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and research laboratories.
The instrument utilizes programmable vacuum control with five-stage gradient distillation capability, allowing optimized solvent recovery for applications involving ethanol, toluene and other commonly used laboratory solvents. A 4.2-inch color touch screen provides real-time display of measured and set vacuum values along with vacuum trend graphs.
VSRS300 incorporates an in-built diaphragm vacuum pump with a maximum pumping rate of 20 L/min and an ultimate vacuum of 3 mbar. The PTFE composite diaphragm construction offers excellent chemical resistance, while RS485 communication enables integration with laboratory automation systems. The system also includes timer scheduling functions and manual vacuum adjustment for enhanced operational flexibility.
