The LMSPUV1200 Single Beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is designed for accurate and consistent spectrophotometric analysis across the ultraviolet and visible spectrum from 190 to 1100 nm. It utilizes a single beam optical system with a 1200 lines/mm grating to deliver stable and precise measurement performance for routine laboratory applications.
The instrument is built on a rigid die-cast aluminum optical base, ensuring mechanical stability and minimizing the effects of vibration and environmental variations. The system features automatic wavelength setting through keypad control, allowing easy operation and reducing the risk of manual errors.
Equipped with both deuterium and tungsten halogen lamps, the spectrophotometer provides reliable performance across the full wavelength range. Lamp selection can be controlled independently to extend operational life and maintain measurement accuracy.
The system supports standard curve generation, enabling quantitative analysis and determination of unknown concentrations. Data output is available via USB for integration with external systems, and results can be processed using connected PC software.
A large sample compartment accommodates standard 10 mm cuvettes with a 4-position holder, and optional accessories allow extended path length measurements up to 100 mm. The instrument is suitable for routine quality control, academic research, and industrial laboratory applications.
