These ultra-clear sample containers are manufactured from USP-VI virgin polypropylene with a polyethylene leak-proof screw cap. Designed for secure transport and storage of liquids and particulate samples such as urine and sputum, they feature frost-finished areas for easy writing and clear graduation markings for accurate volume observation. Manufactured in ISO Class 8 clean rooms via high-precision injection molding for uniform product quality. Sterile variants are individually packed in polyethylene pouches and validated according to ISO 11137 for SAL 10⁻⁶. The containers are IVD certified and can withstand up to 95 kPa pressure, making them suitable for vacuum transportation in hospitals. The unique grip screw cap provides secure handling in wet conditions, with a molded ring ensuring complete closure and leak-proof performance.
