PFB64, PFB104, PFB154 and PFB304 Platform Balances are heavy-duty stainless steel weighing systems designed for industrial environments requiring corrosion resistance, durability and reliable weighing performance. Manufactured using SS304 stainless steel construction, these balances are suitable for food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, chemical industries, warehouses, logistics centers and hygienic production environments.
Available in capacities ranging from 60kg to 300kg, the platform balances provide dependable measurement performance with readability options from 5g to 20g. The complete SS304 construction includes the frame, top platform, indicator housing, pole and back rail, ensuring long service life even in demanding industrial conditions.
The balances feature a bright red LED display for easy visibility and support multiple weighing functions including piece counting, accumulation and data output modes. Built-in rechargeable battery operation enables continuous weighing during power interruptions and improves operational flexibility.
The load cell is protected by a stainless steel dust cover that helps prevent insects, dust and moisture from affecting sensor performance. Additional features including auto power-off, low battery indication, multiple stability settings and optional RS232C connectivity make the PFB series suitable for advanced industrial weighing applications.
