The Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner LMUC50 and LMUC100 are high-capacity systems designed for intensive cleaning applications in industrial and laboratory environments. These units operate using ultrasonic cavitation at 40 kHz, producing microscopic bubbles that collapse with high energy to remove grease, contaminants, and residues from complex surfaces and internal geometries.

Built with SS304 stainless steel for the inner tank, outer structure, and lid, these systems provide excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The tank is designed with 2 mm thickness to withstand harsh chemical environments and prolonged usage. The system includes an advanced ultrasonic generator with sweep frequency technology, ensuring uniform energy distribution and consistent cleaning performance.

Both models feature adjustable ultrasonic power from 0 to 100%, allowing precise control based on the cleaning requirement. The integrated heating system supports temperature control from ambient +5°C up to 100°C, enhancing cleaning efficiency for oils and stubborn residues. A digital red LED display enables easy monitoring and operation, while the timer can be set from 1 to 60 minutes for flexible cleaning cycles.

The units are equipped with heavy-duty wheels with locking mechanisms for easy mobility and stability. A built-in drain valve simplifies liquid discharge and maintenance. Designed for large components and batch cleaning, the LMUC50 and LMUC100 are suitable for demanding industrial processes.
