The ADP400CFR and ADP100CFR High Speed Automatic Polarimeters are designed for optical rotation, specific rotation, sugar, concentration, and user-defined measurements. Both models feature in-built software, Peltier temperature control, multipoint automatic calibration, and a 10.1" colour touchscreen.

The ADP400CFR operates at 589nm with an LED light source, while the ADP100CFR provides dual wavelengths of 589nm/546nm with a Tungsten Halogen Lamp. Both models provide a measuring range of ±90° optical rotation and ±259° sugar, with temperature control from 10°C to 50°C.

The instruments provide in-built software with Android operation and 128GB database storage. Compliance with GMP, GLP and 21CFR Part 11 is specified for both models.
