The Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner LMUC Series is engineered for high-performance cleaning using ultrasonic cavitation technology. High-frequency sound waves at 40 kHz generate microscopic bubbles that collapse with force, removing contaminants from surfaces and hard-to-reach crevices without damaging delicate components. The system is fully constructed with SS304 stainless steel for inner tank, outer body, and lid, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and long operational life.
Available in capacities from 2.5 liters to 24 liters, the LMUC series supports a wide range of cleaning requirements from laboratory glassware to industrial components. The digital blue LED interface allows precise control over cleaning cycles from 1 to 99 minutes, while the integrated heating system enhances cleaning efficiency with temperature control from ambient +5°C up to 80°C.
The degas function removes trapped air from the liquid, improving cavitation efficiency and ensuring consistent cleaning results. Larger models are equipped with drainage valves and cooling fans to support continuous operation and easy maintenance. Memory function allows users to store preferred settings, increasing workflow efficiency in repetitive cleaning tasks.
