LPB1GSM Digital GSM Meter is a specialized laboratory instrument designed for accurate GSM (Grams per Square Meter) determination of textiles, paper, packaging materials and sheet-based products. The instrument combines precision weighing with integrated image-based area detection to automatically calculate GSM values with speed and consistency.
The system features a built-in camera that identifies and measures the sample area automatically, enabling reliable GSM calculation without manual area estimation. It supports irregular and thickness-based measurement modes, making it suitable for testing materials of different shapes and structures.
Designed for analytical and industrial environments, the instrument can measure samples with an area starting from 10 cm² and weight from 0.1 g. The high-resolution camera system and intelligent processing provide accurate area recognition and fast GSM computation.
LPB1GSM includes external calibration, LCD display operation and dedicated GSM analysis functionality for quality control and scientific material testing applications.
