COD2000 COD Analyzer with COD Digester/Reactor is designed for the determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in water and wastewater samples. The instrument employs the potassium dichromate method and supports both low-range and high-range COD analysis for environmental monitoring, industrial effluent testing and water treatment applications.
The COD analyzer incorporates dual LED light sources at 420 nm and 620 nm for accurate LR and HR COD measurements. A 5.7-inch LCD display provides photometric analysis, while the supplied COD digester/reactor features a 4.5-inch touch screen and programmable heating functions for sample digestion.
COD2000 offers GLP-compliant storage of up to 2000 data sets including user ID, sample ID, date and time. An integrated thermal printer enables direct result printing, while customizable print formats and data export options simplify documentation and reporting.
The supplied COD reactor supports continuous and intermittent heating modes with programmable temperature and timing functions. With built-in alarm functions and predefined COD digestion programs, COD2000 provides a complete solution for COD analysis in laboratory and field environments.
